The new SUB floor installed

Ended up using 3/4" A/C Grade plywood for the floor. The original was 3/4 and I got a good tip that AC is preferable to marine grade mostly due to weight and cost. After sizing out the plywood, I used West Systems EPOXY on all edges that face "outside" and also covered the first 8" or so of 3-4 coats of epoxy. Did this on the top and bottom of each sheet. Covered the end cap sub floor sheets completely in epoxy as this is were the rot mostly happens. It was very gratifying to burn the old floor! The new floor was attached with adhesive (in some places), elevator bolts (in some places) and many many screws in all places. Kieran was so helpful getting this part of the job done. We added R-13 insulation at this time as well. NOTE: The heat vent that runs the length of the trailer was left in place even though I don't plan on using it. In the future should the need arise to add a boiler, the vent will be ready to go.
